RentCafe Lauch Information
Fort Worth Housing Solutions launched RentCafe on August 3, 2026!
RentCafe is an online portal that lets participants, applicants, and landlords view their account information, check important deadlines, send updates, and upload documents anytime, day or night.
Between August 3 and August 10, participants, applicants and landlords will receive an email with a link to set up their account. Please contact FWHS if you have not received a set up email by the morning of August 11th.

Due to FWHS’ large number of clients, applicants and landlords, emails will be sent in multiple phases.
