Project-Based Vouchers

Subsidized units that are set aside at a variety of affordable apartment communities for individuals and families whose household income is lower than 50 percent of the area’s median income. Tenants pay 30% of their adjusted income toward an approved rent and FWHS pays the difference.

Some programs have specific requirements, including programs that serve special groups such as veterans and individuals who are chronically homeless.
