Project-Based Vouchers are assigned to a variety of affordable apartment communities and awarded to individuals and families with a household income lower than 50 percent of the Area Median Income. Tenants pay 30 percent of their adjusted income toward an approved rent, and FWHS pays the difference.

Pre-applications must be made online at applyfwhspbv.org. Wait list rank is based on time and date of application. New applicants are added after individuals already on the lists.

The June 2024 Project Base Voucher (PBV) Wait List is now closed. Applicants will be placed on the PBV waitlisted based on date and time the application was submitted. ALL PBV APPLICANTS will be notified of their status on the PBV waitlist by August 31, 2024
