FWHS PBV Waitlists Opening at 3 Properties

The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist for the following properties will open Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 8:00 AM, and will close on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Hughes House III, 4912 East Rosedale Street (1- and 2-bedroom units)
Sedona Village Senior Living, 2800 Sedona Ranch Drive (2-bedroom units)
Cowan Place, 5400 East Rosedale Street (1- and 2-bedroom units)

FWHS subsidy standards allow two persons per bedroom, regardless of age or gender. Apply to the PBV list online at the following link: https://portal-fwhs.securecafe.com/onlineleasing/rentcafe-service-provider-list2/guestlogin.aspx. Applicants who do not have an account will need to register.

Individuals with disabilities who require assistance completing the pre-application may call 817-333-3400 for support. Applicants without access to a computer are encouraged to visit their local library to complete the application online.
