FWHS has assigned Project-Based Vouchers to a variety of affordable multifamily communities across Fort Worth. Eligible individuals and families have a household income lower than 50 percent of the Area Median Income. Qualified residents pay 30 percent of their adjusted income toward an approved rent, and FWHS pays the difference.

Residents also may wish to review our list of FWHS-owned, mixed-income communities that offer reduced rents to eligible applicants on our Properties page at www.fwhs.org/properties/.
