My rental unit needs repairs that the landlord has not made. Who do I report this to?

If you are having a problem with your rental unit, your first step is to speak with your landlord. We recommend that you put any complaint in writing and keep a copy for your records. If the owner does not respond, please submit your complaint and inspection request to inspections@fwhs.org.
